The Workforce Development Board, comprised of the 34 contiguous counties of North Missouri, is seeking proposals to subcontract with any group, agency, institution, public or private to provide WIOA Adult/Dislocated Worker, Youth Program Services, as well as a One-Stop Operator to eligible individuals under Section 188 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014, (P.L. 113-128).
This Request for Proposals (RFP) will consist of approximately $1,347,176 in WIOA Title I Adult/Dislocated Worker and Youth funds for the period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.

A public opening will take place at 9:30 AM on February 13, 2026 at the WDB office, 912 Main Street, Trenton, MO. Live video streaming will be available for persons not able to attend.
